They squeezed me in the next day, was able to get a part ordered and shipped that day, and my unit was fixed two days later! In addition they checked and added refrigerant. Within hours of my call the AC was back up and running before the day was able to heat up the house. Our AC unit went down, we called Eagle Mechanical Inc Heating and Air Conditioning, they originally installed our Furnace/AC units in 2013 and a service call in 2017 and now in 2020.
